I started peer tutoring during my O Levels at Cadet College, helping my fellows in multiple subjects by explaining the concepts more clearly. I discovered that I was good at explaining, communicating certain ideas or concepts.  I worked hard to learn the concepts myself and then I became more confident as a student myself. The confidence I gained helped me grow as a teacher. In my opinion, the most rewarding aspect of teaching is enabling students to reach their full potential!
